After you upgrade the portal to SAP NetWeaver Release 6.40 or higher, the iViews of the business package do not work anymore.

Reason and Prerequisites

The business package for EH&S is technically based on SAP Enterprise Portal 5.0. This technical basis is no longer available on the SAP NetWeaver portals as of Release 6.40. Therefore, the business package can no longer be used with these releases.

Solution

Place an SAP service request under the component EP-PCT-PLM-EHS.
