iView error when accessing new iViews from UWL

Symptom
This problem occurs in two cases:
After approving contract the manager is not able to view the earmarked
fund document. There is an iview problem.
Steps:
1. Login as purchaser Create a contract, also enter Guaranteed Minimum and add an approver (manager).
2. Release the contract. The COntract goes into awaiting approval status.
3. Login as manager. Find the contract in [...]
