Solution

This issue was solved for NW04 SP25, NW7.00 SP21, NW7.01 SP6, NW7.02.
This is a known issue which was identified as the table WCR_WEBCONTENTSTAT need to be converted because column PCDURL is NOT NULL without default value.
In order to solve this issue there are two possibilities:
1. If the table WCR_WEBCONTENTSTAT is empty in the portal database (meaning that the Portal Activity Report is not being used), then the table can be deleted from the database using:
drop table WCR_WEBCONTENTSTAT.
2. If the table WCR_WEBCONTENTSTAT is not empty in the database of the portal (Portal Activity Report might have been used), then please do one of the following:
a. If the data in this table is no longer relevant, then the first possibility can be performed, meaning you can delete the table.
b. If the Portal Activity Report is being used and the data in the table is necessary, then change the file WCR_WEBCONTENTSTAT.gdbtable which is available in the archive
..\SAPINST-CD\PORTAL\JDDSCHEMA\com.sap.portal.activityreport.db.sda
Extract the above mentioned .sda file and open the file WCR_WEBCONTENTSTAT.gdbtable in a notepad.
