Forcing uninstall of AccAD Windows Client

Symptom
The uninstall process of the Accelerated Application Delivery Windows Client Front-End (Small Office or Single User mode) may leave zombie processes on the windows machine.

Solution
Run the attached script clean_up.vbs on the Windows machine after
uninstalling the Windows Client.
The following processes will be killed: procmgr_main.exe, logic_main.exe, ad_dns_proxy.exe, dns_commander.exe, vl-wan.exe, [...]
