You would like to integrate SAP Office notifications into the central inbox in the SAP NetWeaver Enterprise Portal.

SAP Office notifications are generated by Busines Suite applications, SAP Business Workflow and generic object services to publicise an event or milestone to the users. The notifications can be viewed in SAP Office, the ITS inbox or rerouted via SMTP to other inboxes such as Lotus Notes or Microsoft Outlook. However, the notifications are not displayed in the universal worklist.
Solution

For customers wanting to integrate the notifications in the universal worklist you may download example code from SDN for the SAP Office Notification Connector.
Once the connector is installed users will be able to view the notifications in the universal worklist as well as forwarding the notifications or deleting them.
Any customer can download the code and adapt it as they like.
