Reason and Prerequisites
MDM iViews relay on MDM Java API for retrieving and caching of large files from the MDM repository. The MDM Java API caching mechanism has a default value of 10MB for max upper limit size. This means that only files that are less then 10MB in size, will be retrieved and cached by MDM Java API when accessed from MDM iViews. This value is not configurable in the MDM standard Portal content.
Solution
Make sure that files in MDM repository that are meant to be accessed from the MDM Portal iViews do not exceed the 10MB max size.
