Symptom

You would like to increase the logging severity for MDM Portal iViews component, but you can not locate the relevant location in the Visual Admin Log Configurator
Other terms

MDM, iViews, Severity, Default Trace

Solution

By default, the MDM portal iViews log controller location is not displayed in the locations tree. You need to manually add this location according to the following procedure:
1- Log on to the Visual Administrator,
2- Select the ‘Log Configurator’ node in the cluster tree.
3- In the Locations tab, click on New and add a new controller name: com.sap.pct.mdm.
4- select the newly added node and set the severity level to All for the com.sap.pct.mdm node.
