Multiple User Clicks during Sumbit is restricted

Symptom
In an HTMLB Application the user is allowed to click the submit button to the form more than once. These numerous clicks result in multiple submissions of the form.

Reason and Prerequisites
This problem occurs in HTMLB applications submitting form data to the server.
Solution
The submit request is being handlled more efficiently. After a submit request the page is blocked making other elements in the HTMLB application unusable.
