New Feature:
Added the configuration wizard which can be used to perform the standard UWL configuration using a webdynpro based wizard,
instead of having to manually change the xmlconfiguration files.
Following configurations can be performed using the wizard:
Define custom attributes for a task ID. If the task ID already exists in one of configuration files, the custom attributes for that task ID is updated. Otherwise a new configuration is created (whose name is provided by the user) and the user specifies the new task ID. If the task ID exists in the backend and if custom attributes can be fetched from back end(attributes are fetched only for ABAP BOR), they are fetched and populated. If custom attributes cannot be fetched from the backend, the user has to define each of the attributes manually.Define default launcher when an item type is clicked. Once
again, to define the default action launcher, the user has to
select one of the existing task IDs or define a new one.
Currently the user is able to define one of the following
launchers: iview launcher, UWL detail view launcher, object
based navigation, launcher for SAP application, launcher to
launch a webdynpro page.
Customize the look and feel for the main UWL page. Under this
selection, the user is able to define which tabs should be
displayed for the end user and which entries should be shown
for each of the tabs. The user can also select the order of
the tabs. A user can also add a new tab. Additionally, a user
can customize the view for each of the drop down entries.
Business webflow task action should be triggered in new window
without portal frame by default. This can be configured via
property . New value “portal” is introduced
for opening new window with portal frame.
Expanded workflow log data available for business workflow task.Layout format is enhanced to display these additional information and the integration of the sub process logs (if any) from AdHoc Request.Besides uploading file as attachment, end user can write memo and submit it for the business workflow task. This option is not displayed by default, but can be enabled by adding predefined action reference to the desired item type of business workflow task, e.g. uwl.task.webflow.decision.xxxx, uwl.task.webflow.TSxxxx. Additional link ‘Add Memo’ will be available under the section ‘You can also’.Expanded ivew properties to allow users to hide certain display attributes (”List of Display Attribute to exclude from Preview/Detail area”), hide entire sections (”List of preview sections to hide”) and to show empty display attributes(”Indicate if the Display Attribute labels should be displayed when data is empty”).

Fixed Issues:

Pending sub process information survives after UWL cache is cleared.Invalid user information (user executing the business workflow task) displayed in the history log data is fixed.For some special file attachment (not common, created programmatically), file data is not standard such as empty file name, mismatched mime type and data content. UWL is not able to display the attachment data correctly, e.g. file name displayed as “&SO_FORMAT…” or empty content. A solution has been provided to retrieve data appropriately.Manage attachment support for business workflow task updated:Object attachment is not allowed to be removedMemo notes is no longer included in the list under attachment managementRemove action is disabled for empty attachment list

Known Issues:

The effects for the customization take place only after the end user logs in the next time.Custom attributes support only ABAP_COR or Webflow. If some other source is required, the configuration has to be changed manually.
