The AI Crystal Report iView should not be used anymore.
AI CR Codelink is :com.sap.portal.appintegrator.sap.CrystalReport
This old CR:

should not be used anymore and it is out of maintenance and support.
If you wish to integrate Business Objects Enterprise 3.1 crystal reports into SAP Enterprise Portal you should use the iView provided in the BOBJ Portal Integration Kit.

SAP Enterprise Portal – iView Template & Sample iView
The BusinessObjects Integration Kit offers a specific iView template which allows quick creation of new content for the Enterprise portal and surface content from the BusinessObjects Enterprise system. The template offers BusinessObjects Enterprise specific functionalities like choosing a content viewer or choosing between a last instance and on-demand reporting.
The sample iViews offers some basic functions like a report listing as a sample application inside the SAP Enterprise Portal.
The name of the PAR file that you need to deploy in your portal landscape is com.businessobjects.pct.masteriview.par. Once the iView is deployed, when you go to create an iView – iView Template you will see BusinessObjects Enterprise Integration Kit – iView Template listed among the list of available templates. This new template will allow you to show a document from an SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise system.
You will need to have your BusinessObjects Enterprise system defined in your system landscape.
