Symptom
Instead of welcome text and the name of the user at the header iView of the portal, a string ‘WELCOME_CLAUSE’ is displayed.
This incorrect behavior can be reproduced on version:
- SAP NetWeaver 7.01 SP04.
- SAP NetWeaver 7.02 SP0.
Other terms

Reason and Prerequisites
Prerequisites:
- SAP NetWeaver 7.01 SP04 is installed.
- SAP NetWeaver 7.02 SP0 is installed.
Reason:
The reason is because of missing strings in the translation files.
Solution
Apply the PAR file attached to this note , follow the instructions
explained in the attached document ‘instructions.doc’,(both of the files are zipped in FIX.zip).
The official fix will be available in the following versions:
- SAP NetWeaver 7.01 SP05 and up.
- SAP NetWeaver 7.02 SP02 and up.
